Vorspiel CTM Festival / Documenta 15 | Video & Sound Installation | 2022
The experience of asylum, migration and displacement from the country of origin to another, invites individuals to mentally exist in two parallel realities. Through this experience, networks of heterogeneous images and memories blend together within the subconscious of the individuals involved. Memories of an endangered home - both on the ground and in the mind - generate a tunnel collectively observed and parallelly experienced; not as a nostalgic state but rather as a one way process forward and further.
