Qusay Awad is an architect and multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin. Using space design, sculpture, sound, moving image, and performance, Awad's visionary work explores and connects ideas of historical rupture, memory, displacement, and community. By exploring the material, sonic, and social architectures that surround us, Awad creates multisensorial experiences that offer space, both artistically and socially, for bonding, reflection, and repose.
